Privacy Policy — Allora Media Hub

**Effective date:** November 23, 2025

**Contact:** info@alloramedia.us • 860.321.8648

Allora Media Hub (“Allora”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates a single-tenant creative operations platform used by Allora Media staff and clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you access the Allora Media Hub app, dashboards, AI tools, and connected integrations (e.g., Google, Meta).

1. Information We Collect

- **Account & workspace data:** name, email, role, client affiliation, billing contacts, phone, shipping address.

- **Creative & project data:** project briefs, shoots, uploads, video links, captions, AI-generated content drafts, approvals, tasks, campaign metrics.

- **Connected-service data:**

 - **Supabase** stores all workspace data with row-level security.

 - **Google** (Drive, Calendar, Gemini) surfaces media, calendars, and AI responses.

 - **Meta Marketing APIs** provide campaign, ad set, and ad performance data once you authorize access.

- **Usage & telemetry:** device/browser, IP, app events, error logs (pseudonymized).

2. How We Use Information

- Deliver the platform’s core features (project management, gallery, campaigns, AI insights).

- Generate and manage Meta ad campaigns using authorized Business accounts.

- Provide AI-assisted recommendations, predictive metrics, caption drafts, and QA tooling.

- Improve reliability (monitoring, debugging, auditing), enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.

- Communicate service updates or billing notices.

We never sell customer data. AI prompts exclude secrets, and Gemini responses run through server-side validation before persistence.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

- **Vendors:** Supabase (hosting), Google Cloud (AI + storage), Vercel/Cloudflare (front end), Meta (marketing API), and sub-processors essential to operations, all bound by DPAs.

- **Legal:** if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights/safety.

- **Internal:** Allora employees and contractors under confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Security & Retention

We enforce SSO, OAuth tokens, encryption in transit/at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access, audit trails, and automated backups. Workspace data is retained while you remain an active Allora client plus up to 24 months for legal/audit requirements unless you request earlier deletion.

5. Your Rights

Email privacy@alloramedia.us to:

- Access, correct, or export your data.

- Revoke Meta/Google permissions (and we’ll remove cached data).

- Request deletion (see instructions below).

- File complaints; we respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The service targets business users and is not intended for individuals under 16. We delete any such data when discovered.

7. Updates

We’ll post changes here and update the effective date. Significant updates will be emailed to workspace admins.

### Terms of Service — Allora Media Hub

**Effective date:** November 23, 2025

By accessing the Allora Media Hub (“Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are acting on behalf of an Allora Media client, you confirm you have authority to bind that client.

1. The Service

Allora provides a server-first workspace for project tracking, creative collaboration, AI-assisted content generation, and advertising workflow automation. Access is provisioned by Allora staff and limited to the configured workspace.

2. Acceptable Use

You will:

- Use the Service solely for lawful business purposes.

- Maintain secure credentials and notify Allora of unauthorized access.

- Respect third-party platform policies (Meta, Google, Supabase, OpenAI/Google Gemini).

You will not:

- Attempt to bypass RLS or APIs.

- Upload malicious code or infringing content.

- Misuse AI outputs (e.g., disallowed ad categories, discriminatory targeting).

We may suspend access for violations.

3. Meta & Third-Party Integrations

When you connect a Meta Business account, you grant Allora Media Hub permission to read campaign structures/performance and to create or edit campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and audiences on your behalf. You remain responsible for compliance with Meta’s Advertising Policies, budget allocation, and approvals. Disconnecting Meta revokes future API calls; we will purge cached data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Allora relies on Supabase, Google APIs (Drive, Calendar, Gemini), and other processors; their SLAs and terms apply to portions of the Service.

4. AI Outputs

AI-generated content is advisory. You must review all AI recommendations, captions, and creative suggestions before publishing or submitting to Meta. Allora disclaims liability for damages arising from unreviewed AI outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant Allora a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and modify that content solely to provide the Service.

- Allora owns the platform, UI, models, and documentation. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.

6. Payment & Termination

Use of the Service is governed by your Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work with Allora Media. We may suspend access for overdue invoices. Either party may terminate per the governing contract; upon termination we will disable access and follow the data deletion schedule.

7. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Allora disclaims implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement). Allora’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms follow the governing law specified in your Allora Master Services Agreement (default: State of Oklahoma, USA). Disputes will be handled in the agreed venue.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to workspace admins.
