Sauced at Kinsmen was a brand-new concept in 2018 — an on-site food kitchen located adjacent to Kinsmen Brewing Co. in Milldale, CT. The idea was simple: great brewery, great craft beers, wouldn't patrons want amazing food to go with it? The answer was a resounding yes — but the concept was new, the brand didn't exist yet, and nobody knew about it.
Sauced needed professional content that showcased their unique pizzas and menu, and a consistent social media strategy to build awareness and drive foot traffic from both existing brewery visitors and new customers discovering the concept for the first time.
Allora Media came in and shot the food. We knew the pizza would sell itself — Sauced makes unique, high-quality pizzas that photograph incredibly well. The key was capturing them professionally with proper lighting, composition, and styling that made people stop scrolling and start craving.
We built a content library of professional food photography and video — the pizzas, the menu items, the brewery atmosphere, and the experience of dining at Sauced. Every shot was designed to make the food look as good as it tastes and communicate the unique brewery-meets-pizza experience.
