The missing piece was a content and marketing strategy to document and showcase the caliber of exterior projects they were completing. Without a digital presence that matched their credentials, Artisan's online footprint didn't reflect the level of work they were delivering — and competitors with fewer certifications were showing up more prominently online.
Artisan's team wanted prospects to see the quality of their work before the first meeting — so conversations could focus on scope and timelines rather than explaining why they're worth the investment. The portfolio of completed roofs, before-and-after siding transformations, and video content that would showcase their GAF Master Elite® reputation simply hadn't been built yet.
Allora Media embedded with Artisan's team and went directly to their active job sites to build a comprehensive content library of real exterior remodeling projects. We provide ongoing job and project coverage — showing up to document projects as they progress — capturing full roof replacements, roof repairs, siding installations, window upgrades, gutter work, and deck builds from tear-off through the finished result.
We shot drone footage of completed roofing projects from above, produced cinematic before-and-after walkthroughs showing dramatic exterior transformations, and filmed client testimonial videos with homeowners who could speak to the experience of working with a GAF Master Elite® contractor. We also provided professional company headshots and team photos — putting real faces behind the brand and giving Artisan a trustworthy, professional image across every platform. Every photo and video was shot on their actual projects, showing their actual crews doing the work. We built a library deep enough to fuel months of content across every platform.
From that content library, we created videos, professional photos, and social media posts — then fully built out Artisan's initial posting strategy using Allora Media's systems and processes. We also produced a TV commercial for Artisan — bringing their GAF Master Elite® credentials and real project footage to broadcast, extending the brand's reach beyond digital and into living rooms across Connecticut.
