The Challenge

Hot Taco was estabslihed in 2020, serving tacos and tapas in Cromwell, CT. Chef Owned & Operated, Ryan Buchanan has developed a fun, flavorful menu with bold Asian and Mexican influences.


In February of 2022, after two years of rising success with his then-food truck, Ryan reached out to Allora Media with a few questions on how he can take his business to the next level. 


Due to Ryan's beautifully delicious food concepts and menu, Hot Taco was already starting to get on the local's radar.  Their online presence was growing and Instagram/FB pages were established. 


So the challenge was.. "How can we get even more people to know about us and that we offer catering for private events and weddings?" Ryan already had a full plate on this lap (pun-intended) and he didn't have the time to do the Social Media work himself, though he saw how important it was to have. 

The SOLUTION

The Solution.. "We need to establish a consistent, brand-oriented, high quality Social Media Marketing Plan that is authentic to what Hot Taco is who Ryan is as Chef."


From that first meeting and running currently we have been following that same plan and Hot Taco is a now a locally known establishment that the community is proud to have. 


Since February of 2022, Hot Taco has since expanded to their first Brick and Mortar in November, 2022 after having a strong catering season with multiple private wedding events.  His Online presence has doubled in 11 months, all organic growth alone.


Hot Taco's FB and Instagram pages now act as a hub for Hot Taco patrons where they can find new specials, sign up for rewards, order online, view hours and engage with all the incredible food that Ryan and Co. creates and Allora Media captures.


The Page continues to have daily success both in the real world, and online!  Ryan is currently looking to expand Hot Taco to multiple locations and Allora Media will help him capture it all and continue to improve his current and future customer's online experience.
